Why Rowing?

Rowing is freedom…

It is where I go to think, to not think, to unwind, and to work out.  I love being out on the water away from the headlines, the distractions of everyday life. My singular focus shifts to improving myself. Go faster, go further, and go longer.

 

There are many wonderful exercise options, but nothing gives you the full body workout of rowing.  It is a full body, aerobic workout.  Lower body….check…..Upper body…..check……Core…..check. It is a great workout for those with bad knees or bad backs. It takes moments to learn, but most of all it is fun.

 

If I could, I’d be out on the water everyday but that simply isn’t possible in the Northeast with the cold weather, rain, and snow. Rowflo gives you the next best thing.
